Three new launches on the Hebbal–Yelahanka stretch, from around ₹1.1 crore to ultra-luxury. We lay out sizes, density and possession side by side, and tell you plainly who each one suits.
The main new launches in Yelahanka and Jakkur, North Bangalore, are Century Kindle (entry, from about ₹1.1 crore, possession March 2031), Brigade Eternia (3 & 4 BHK from about ₹2.26 crore, possession March 2030) and Century Blue Moon (luxury 3 & 4 BHK in Jakkur, pre-launch). Blue Moon is the lowest-density at about 56 homes per acre.

The NH-44 airport corridor has moved from "far" to "central" for a large part of Bangalore's workforce. Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal and the Outer Ring Road are to the south; Kempegowda International Airport, the aerospace belt and new tech parks are to the north. The Namma Metro line to the airport, road upgrades and large mixed-use districts like Century Immencity are pulling premium housing up this road.
Yelahanka is the established side — schools, the railway junction, Yelahanka New Town and a wide range of budgets. Jakkur, closer to Hebbal on the main highway, is where the newer, higher-end launches are clustering.
A Century-built first or second home near Attur Lake, at a budget most North Bangalore families can reach. Best if you can wait for a 2031 handover.
A large, amenity-rich Brigade township in the heart of Yelahanka, with the earliest handover of the three. Suits families who want a big community and a known brand.
The low-density, privacy-first option: five homes per floor, mostly no shared walls, inside the Century Immencity district on NH-44.

Handover dates here range from 2030 to beyond. If you're renting now, add those years of rent to your real cost of the home.
Karnataka RERA works on carpet area. Ask for ₹ per carpet sq ft across projects — loading differs, and it changes the picture.
Jakkur is quicker to Hebbal, Manyata and the city. Yelahanka is better placed for the airport side, Doddaballapur Road and established schools.
