The wider district is planned to include a business district, high-street retail and a 5-star hotel, with Namma Metro running alongside NH-44. The residential design leans on privacy: five homes per floor, four lifts per core, and Century states that about 80% of homes share no common wall with a neighbour. Around 75% of the residential site is open space, with roughly 1 lakh sq ft of amenities and a ~40,000 sq ft clubhouse.
